Job Description

Overview This is a part-time (to full time) in-office position. Small business in Lynbrook, NY is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our small office team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced small business environment, and flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks as needed is important.
Responsibilities:
Order entry Answering phones and general office support Bookkeeping / data entry/Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables Packing and shipping customer orders Creating UPS and USPS shipping labels Coordinating outgoing shipments Assisting with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
QuickBooks Online experience is a plus Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and able to multitask Comfortable working in a small office environment Ability to pack and lift shipping boxes as needed Be able to commute to Lynbrook, NY.
