Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process applications and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately.
- Create and finalize billing statements with precision.
- Scan and organize physical and digital documents for efficient recordkeeping.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and attentive assistance.
- Update and maintain records to address backlogs and ensure up-to-date information.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative workflows and address immediate needs.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Assist in managing resident-related tasks and inquiries with excellent customer service.
