Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a top-producing real estate broker. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that requires exceptional communication skills, quick thinking, and a proactive approach. Real estate background preferred, but not mandatory. A real estate license is a plus. Familiarity with or knowledge of the MLS system is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and client communications Organize open houses and property showings Assist with data input for contracts and listing sheets Order supplies and manage vendor coordination Occasionally attend events and take detailed notes during office meetings Maintain digital organization across Apple products (MacOS, iOS, Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Support marketing efforts for listings, including coordination with photographers, stagers, and designers Social media savvy is a plus
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail Proficiency with both Apple and Microsoft software ecosystems Positive attitude, and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities Familiarity with MLS and real estate processes is a plus
Schedule & Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and adaptability 30 - 36 Hrs / week How to
