Job Description

Job Summary The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for handling routine office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting staff with daily administrative needs. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents as needed. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Assist with record keeping and document management. Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects. Ensure office areas are organized, clean, and properly stocked. Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and scanners. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Speaks Fluent Mandarin
