Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team! This vital role ensures smooth daily operations by managing clerical tasks, supporting office management, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess strong computer literacy skills. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Manage front desk operations, greeting funeral directors and answering phone calls. Taking burial and cremation orders Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Assist with customer service inquiries, providing information and support as needed. Support cemetery reception duties, including scheduling appointments and managing records. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Answering phones Experience Previous experience in an office setting is preferred. Familiarity with data entry processes and office management software. Experience as a receptionist is a plus. Strong computer literacy skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail are required. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective customer service. Typing skills a must. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve office processes
