Job Description

Location:
Rockland County, NY Part-Time Position | Approx. 16-24 hours per week
Pay:
$17.50-$19.50/hour starting, based on experience We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our growing mental health and substance abuse practice in Rockland County. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing office operations, and working in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Schedule Requirements Friday and Saturday availability is
REQUIRED
One additional weekday is flexible based on availability and office needs Responsibilities Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries professionally Schedule and confirm appointments Manage calendars and staff scheduling Assist with intake paperwork and client communication Maintain organized client files and office systems Handle basic administrative and office support tasks Support smooth day-to-day office operations Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Professional and compassionate demeanor Ability to multitask and work independently Strong computer skills are
REQUIRED
Comfortable using email, scheduling systems, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and basic office technology Prior administrative or medical/mental health office experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus; fluency not required but proficiency is preffered.
