Middletown, NY Salary:
$20 hourly - 4 week contract, immediate start Seeking a Office Assistant to provide immediate support during a high-volume period. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Assist with scheduling appointments and responding to customer emails Follow up with customers and respond to online CRM leads Process credit card payments, print paperwork for technicians, and perform filing and general office duties
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Must be able to pass a background check and credit check
