Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Perform general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the
United States Schedule:
Monday -Friday , 9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Pay:
$40,000.00 per year
