Job Description

Job Summary Knowledge of Quick Books a plus, but not necessary. Answer phones, take messages, type estimates, filing, dealing with management companies, etc. Will train in the workings of our office Duties Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Handle clerical tasks such as filing documents, typing correspondence, and preparing contracts. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency. Skills Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Experience in clerical work or administrative roles Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling purposes. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
