To thrive/succeed as the Personal Assistant, you should have: Demonstrated experience supporting executives, high-profile individuals, artists, or other professionals in fast-paced environments, with expertise in complex scheduling, logistics, and coordination across multiple priorities and time zones. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information, exercise sound judgment, and always maintain absolute confidentiality. Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and independently drive projects and tasks to completion. Advanced proficiency with Apple devices, Google Workspace (including Google Calendar and Gmail), and digital productivity tools; comfortable troubleshooting technology and implementing organizational systems. Strong interest in contemporary art, culture, and creative practice, with an understanding of the unique demands of supporting a busy artist and balancing professional, personal, and family responsibilities. Your responsibilities as the Personal Assistant will include: Serve as the primary coordinator of the artist's complex professional and personal schedule, proactively managing calendars, appointments, deadlines, and priorities while anticipating needs and resolving conflicts before they arise. Plan and execute all aspects of domestic and international travel for the artist and family, including itineraries, transportation, accommodations, travel documentation, and real-time logistical support. Manage confidential communications and correspondence on behalf of the artist, drafting responses, coordinating engagements, and maintaining clear, timely communication with professional and personal contacts. Oversee personal, household, and studio operations, including family scheduling, vendor coordination, maintenance services, inventory management, event support, and the implementation of organizational systems. Provide administrative and operational support across academic, financial, and studio activities, including teaching engagements, expense tracking, record keeping, special projects, and technology management.
