Job Type:
Part-time, 90 day contract assignment Seeking Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, program, and project support in a collaborative office environment. This short-term assignment offers variety, professional exposure, and the opportunity to support meaningful regional workforce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails, schedule meetings, and assist with member communications Prepare correspondence, documents, records, and database updates Provide data entry, filing, office organization, and general administrative support Assist with events, projects, and day-to-day support for the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and data entry skills Basic QuickBooks experience, including invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative financial support, preferred
