Job Description:
Staffmark Group is currently looking for a bright, energetic and friendly Administrative Assistant to support a busy and highly successful Private Wealth Management office within one of the most prestigious global financial services firms. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of administrative support experience from a corporate environment. The role comes with medical, dental, vision, 401K, HSA option, and PTO. Administrative Assistant position is a 6-12 month assignment working onsite at our client are responsible for general office support, including but not limited to: Executive Wealth helps clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and implementation across key financial disciplines, including employee benefits, tax planning and investments. We are looking for an administrative professional to join our fast-paced, team environment. Duties Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams including:
  • Preparation, review and editing of confidential correspondence
  • Document scanning, management and archiving across multiple systems
  • Preparation of travel expense and billing allocation reports
  • Preparation and handling of time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments
  • Miscellaneous administrative projects as needed Qualifications Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required Bachelor's degree preferred A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment New graduates who have a desire to be in the financial services industry are also encouraged to apply, provided that they can currently commit to working full time (40 hours a week onsite) Strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoys working in a team environment Polished communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Business professional environment and attire Possess critical thinking skills and good judgment Displays personal pride in work, always striving to do his/her best Chooses to always operate with integrity and transparency Skills Required • Strong technology skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure • Excellent communication skills; team focused, Extremely organized and detail-oriented
