We specialize in monthly tax planning, bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll and tax return preparation. About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly through calendar management, appointment scheduling, organizational support, and occasional driving responsibilities. A background or familiarity with accounting is strongly preferred, as it will help the assistant anticipate business needs and communicate effectively with clients and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Maintain and coordinate the CEO's calendar, scheduling internal/external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Drive the CEO to and from the office and appointments on designated days (using the CEO's vehicle). Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations, including materials related to accounting and client work. Keep the CEO organized by anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff, clients, and external partners with professionalism and discretion. Assist in coordinating personal errands and tasks as needed to support the CEO's efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative support role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.Preferred:
Basic understanding of tax laws, bookkeeping, or accounting Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in dynamic situations. Drive CEO to and from work offices and networking locations. Preferred Attributes Trustworthy and dependable, with the ability to manage sensitive information. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities. Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, staff, and external contacts.Pay:
