Job Description

Cobble Hill is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Admissions department on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position Details Position:
Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Admissions Support)
Schedule:
3 days per week
Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience
Location:
Brooklyn, NY Responsibilities Assist the Admissions team with daily administrative and clerical tasks Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Help coordinate admissions paperwork and resident documentation Maintain accurate records and files Communicate with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the admissions process Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and other office duties as needed Qualifications Previous administrative experience preferred, healthcare experience a plus Strong customer service and communication skills required Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Why Join Our Team?
