This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing exceptional administrative support, collecting payments and filing paperwork for our real estate firm. If possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy multitasking, this opportunity is perfect for you. Responsibilities Greet tenants and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic office management duties Accounts payable Reconcile checkbook Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients and team members Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, filing, and clerical tasks Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Previous office experience or clerical background preferred Personal assistant or administrative support experience highly valued Join us as an Office Assistant where your energy, organization, and dedication will make a meaningful impact every day!
