Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the "heartbeat" of our projects, working closely with the Senior Project Managers to ensure every task is completed on time and within budget. You will bridge the gap between office planning and field execution, managing documentation, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
What You Will Do Project Support:
Assist in managing project financials, risk assessments, and client relations from pre-construction to closeout.
Documentation:
Handle critical project files, including submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and meeting minutes.
Coordination:
Act as a key point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
Scheduling & Tracking:
Participate in developing project schedules and track daily progress to ensure alignment with client goals.
Compliance:
Assist in ensuring all safety standards and quality specifications are strictly followed.
Qualifications Experience:
Experience in project coordination or construction support is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Competencies:
Strong math and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Driver's License:
