Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Rensselaer, NY. This role will support the Quality team with an important document scanning and records project involving 300+ bound logbooks and lab notebooks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in organizing, scanning, routing, and maintaining highly confidential documents while supporting day-to-day administrative needs. - Scan 300+ bound logbooks and lab notebooks to designated email addresses and folders.
- Support the Quality team with administrative, clerical, and documentation tasks.
- Prepare documents and operate office equipment used for data transfer and recordkeeping.
- Maintain control, completion, and organization of confidential files and documents.
- Participate in special projects and coordinate with team members and leaders as needed.
- Follow safety practices and maintain awareness of safe work procedures. Compensation and Benefits
