  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team!
In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, providing exceptional support to ensure smooth daily functions. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries efficiently Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems both digitally and physically Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and organization Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff members Assist with bookkeeping tasks using accounting software to input data Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, organization of files, and general clerical duties Cleaning of office and shop breakrooms and bathrooms Skills Proven experience with office management, clerical work, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members effectively Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using similar software is preferred Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating professionalism at all times
