Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Assistant to support all aspects of electronics manufacturing. The team will count on you for various tasks such as preparation of new work orders, reviewing delivery requirements & working with operations and engineering to support new projects. The goal is to ensure production starts smoothly and problem-free. Responsibilities Help prepare the work orders and ensure our ERP system is fully set-up for new projects including labor requirements and Bills of Material Work with the production manager on expediting requests. Review and close completed work orders including reviewing labor reports. Review daily labor records and correct entry errors Initiate and monitor progress of new projects and make sure they clear all departments in time for production to start in a timely manner. Skills Excellent Excel/Outlook skills. Manufacturing/ERP software experience Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability Resourcefulness and problem-solving A team player with great communication skills
