Job Details:
Rehab Services Coordinator , a front-office lead role in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy setting.
Responsibilities:
Managing clerical staff, Overseeing front office functions and for all clerical duties including patient intake, Scheduling, registering patients Verifying insurances, Tacking insurance authorizations, collecting copays, Answering phones and providing general administrative support functions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required. Strong leadership and managerial abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills. Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $23.43 - USD $35.15 /Hr. : This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
