Job Details Position Summary The Administrative Secretary provides front office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors by greeting them in a courteous, professional manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and respond to inquiries efficiently. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, forms, and general administrative needs. Perform clerical and administrative duties including data entry, filing, document preparation, and office support projects. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies. Support the healthcare team with additional administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer applications. Posted Salary Range USD $20.90 - USD $31.35 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
