Part-Time Studio Coordinator

Part-Time Studio Coordinator - Interior Design Studio We are a growing interior design studio seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Studio Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and vendors via email, phone, and text Place and track orders with vendors Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and shipping schedules Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently Process and track payments (cash, check, bank transfer, and credit card) Maintain and organize vendor catalogs, pricing, and credentials Manage and update the team calendar and scheduling Support retail operations as needed, including POS transactions and client sales Assist with inventory receiving, tracking, and organization Assist with general studio upkeep, including light tidying and organization

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Comfortable handling transactions and working with POS systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Prior experience in interior design, retail, administrative support, or a related field is a plus
