Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Reception/Insurance Filing Specialist, where your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will keep our front office running smoothly. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage insurance documentation, and support office operations with efficiency and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless communication, accurate record-keeping, and a welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems promptly, and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette. Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining the waiting area, and handling incoming inquiries. Organize and file insurance documents accurately, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards. Perform data entry tasks related to patient or client information using computer skills and office management software. Support administrative functions such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar tools. Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized filing systems. Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients' needs efficiently and courteously while maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Prior clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, and customer support is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in recordkeeping. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$24.54 - $29.55 per hour
