Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate should be highly-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong clerical skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive's schedule using Outlook Calendar Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors Assist with office organization and maintenance Coordinate front desk activities and manage phone calls
Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Previous experience in an office or front desk setting is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our team in a dynamic office environment.
