Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative professional for a temporary role extending beyond 90 days. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office management tools. This role is essential for maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within the organization. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records Support bookkeeping activities with QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial reconciliation Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive client interactions Maintain office organization through efficient filing systems, document management, and routine office management tasks Support personal assistant functions as needed, including travel arrangements or document preparation Ensure proper phone etiquette and effective communication across all channels Contribute to team efforts by supporting administrative projects and process improvements Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles; prior office experience preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and basic data entry procedures Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in customer service or support roles enhances suitability for this position This temporary role provides an engaging environment for professionals seeking to apply their administrative expertise while gaining valuable experience across diverse office functions.
