Job Description

Administrator, Educational Affiliations Job Summary :
The Administrator of Educational Affiliations will be responsible for management of educational affiliation agreements and program letters of agreement for 50+ GME programs, 200 annual GME in-rotations, and physician assistant in-rotations to ensure congruence between ACGME reporting, residency management system (New Innovations) tracking, and GME cost reports. The Administrator will be responsible for partnering with the DIO to ensure current and accurate agreements and will prepare dashboards and instutional-level reports. This role involves working closely with GME program-level administrators and communicating with collaborating instutions and programs.
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of affiliation agreement preparation and tracking for the GME Office. Ensures compliance of agreements with ACGME and related requirements. Ensures and tracks congruence between ACGME reporting and residency management system utilization, and assists in addressing compliance in GME cost reports. Engages with program leadership and outside stakeholders. Prepares dashboards and institional reports related to educational affiliations and rotations. Partners with the GME Onboarding Administrator to confirm and track applicable professional liability coverage and adherence to required onboarding components. Undertakes special projects and assignments as directed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
2 years of experience in program administration in a health professions training clinical settings, public health, health regulatory, or health services setting or related organization/program, required. Experience in agreement management preferred. Graduate Medical Education experience, preferred

Bachelor's degree required Licenses /
Certifications:
TAGME certification, preferred
