Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in Yonkers, New York. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys keeping office activities organized, communicating clearly, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with accuracy. The ideal candidate will help maintain an efficient workplace by managing records, assisting with correspondence, and supporting front-office functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and attentive manner.
  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve paper and digital files to support daily office operations.
  • Prepare, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, and other materials using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Assist with maintaining orderly office records and ensuring important information is easy to access.
  • Support front-desk and office activities by responding to internal and external inquiries promptly.
