Office Assistant
Contract Position (Egyptian Nationals) As an office assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's daily tasks.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative duties, managing schedules and appointments, organizing files and documents, and providing support to other team members as needed. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working in an office environment. This is a contract position for Egyptian nationals only.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, drafting emails, and preparing documents
Manage schedules and appointments for the team
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Provide support to other team members as needed
Ensure all office supplies are stocked
Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
Assist with event planning and coordination
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
Egyptian nationality
High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
$1700 per month
