Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented SCADA Project Assistant to support testing, commissioning, and project coordination activities for utility and engineering-related SCADA operations. This onsite role will work closely with engineering teams, field technicians, and project management to ensure successful project execution and timely completion of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate SCADA testing and commissioning activities with engineering and field teams Verify project scope, work orders, outage requests, and configuration readiness prior to project execution Track project progress, maintain job status updates, and support scheduling activities Communicate project issues and assist with resolution efforts Attend client meetings and provide project updates as needed Coordinate field technician scheduling, site access requests, and documentation support Review and maintain technician project reports and related spreadsheets for accuracy and completion Support SCADA database updates and assist with engineering support tracking
Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's Degree with some related experience Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Experience with project coordination, reporting, scheduling, or technical support preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management systems preferred
