Blue Ash, OH 45242 Job Summary Family Dentistry of Blue Ash is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dental Office Coordinator to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage front office activities including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling correspondence. Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and available. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with onboarding new employees and provide general administrative support to various departments. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities. Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dentrix experience is preferred Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Full-time employees enjoy competitive compensation packages, health and welfare benefits as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan.
