Job Summary:
The service coordinator will be deeply involved in the work order process including opening work order headers and segments in Service Link, technician time entry into Service Link, receiving and entering technician service reports into Service Link, scheduling PSP/PIP work, customer purchase order requests, filing to history files, warranty claim pre-prep, coordination, follow-up and communication with central warranty group and parts personnel through to claim closure, as well as clerical work such as payroll and scheduling.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
: Strong computer skills, including typing and keyboarding skills of at least 60 words per minute, and the ability to use MS Word and Excel. Superior organizational skills, and works well with multiple people, as they will be communicating with various branches and departments. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong decision-making skills, a strong follow-up drive, and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are required.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in a service department is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to communicate to exchange information verbally. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
