This role will focus heavily on data management, Excel reporting, and general administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports Manage and organize a shared email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for team members Assist with preparation of reports, documentation, and internal communications Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed Qualifications 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, tracking, basic reporting) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and work independently in a team environment Preferred Experience supporting accounting, finance, or operations teams Experience managing high-volume email inboxes Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Pay Details:
