Position Summary:
This role entails delivering exceptional customer service to CHN residents while also providing administrative support to the compliance department through the completion of the following duties: The rate of pay for this position is $41,500 to $45,900 per year, paid at an hourly rate (FLSA Non-Exempt) commensurate with experience
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance paperwork and maintain organized filing systems. Provide administrative support, including data entry tasks. Assist Compliance department with scheduling appointments for recertification. Code rental payments accurately and enter them into property management software. Prepare rental receipt payments for verification by the accounting team. Support the compliance team with audits of OHFA, Syndicators and City Participate in LIHTC training seminars to stay updated on compliance regulations. Assist compliance staff with mailings for compliance appointments. Perform additional task as delegated by management. Education and/or

HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Possess a minimum of two years-five years in administrative role Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Exhibit strong mathematical reasoning skills, capable of calculating rations and percentages Excellent mathematical reasoning skills;
Skills:
Good basic math skills Strong interpersonal communication skills & excellent customer service orientation Good written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills & attention to detail; excellent follow up skills Good computer skills including good working knowledge of MS Office Must be self-directed and able to perform tasks with minimum supervision
Preferred:
Yardi experience Low Income Housing Tax Credit and or Section 8 Housing experience preferred
