CONTRACT
2026/27 school year
HOURS:
5.5 hours per day, 7:00 am-12:30 pm
SALARY:
Per Negotiated Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Google and knowledge of PowerSchool. Strong secretarial skills including typing, filing, and communication skills. The Office Secretary will have the ability to (1) carry out independent responsibilities and work collaboratively with staff and students, (2) operate a broad array of office equipment, (3) carry out independent responsibilities and (4) is a highly motivated and energetic individual with a naturally friendly and welcoming demeanor.
BROAD FUNCTION
Attendance reporting; Substitute Coordinator. Within the approved limits of Board policy as delineated by Principal, the Office Secretary is responsible for duties as outlined by the job description as well as duties as designated by the Principal.
