Job Summary Our Hilliard-Columbus office is seeking a friendly and dependable Adminstrative Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level administrative position ideal for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others and providing excellent customer service. This position would be Monday-Friday with daytime hours. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with basic administrative tasks
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
