We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Associate who loves building meaningful relationships with patients and delivering an exceptional, seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience:
Warmly greet and check in patients, manage incoming inquiries, and serve as the positive first point of contact for our practice.
Scheduling Optimization:
Coordinates, confirms, and schedules appointments to maintain an efficient and smooth daily patient flow.
Financial Coordination:
Verify patient insurance benefits, collect copays/outstanding balances, and accurately enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans.
Records Management:
Maintain precise patient records, including uploading doctor referrals and X-rays into the patient charts.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a dental practice is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
