Job Description

Job Overview The Client Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the office through answering incoming phone calls, mailing documents, greeting clients and assisting with answering questions. The position requires the ability to balance the workload and accommodate demands of the job and exceed expectations. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate prior experience of strong customer service, excellent communication skills and a willingness to proactively solve problems. Responsibilities 1. Answers incoming phone calls. 2. Greets and directs clients at the office 3. Sends out mail and FedEx packages 4. New File set up and organization 5. Adherence to service excellence standards of performance 6. Maintains office appearance 7. Assist team whenever needed Required Skills - Typing - Basic computer skills
