Interlink seeks a highly organized, technology-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team and support senior leaders and business operations. The Role The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and logistical support, with a strong focus on calendar coordination, Microsoft 365 tools, organization, and travel planning. This role supports the CEO, CTO, and leadership team, while also partnering closely with People Operations and Operations to ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and execution of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying organized, working in digital tools, and helping leaders stay focused and prepared. Responsibilities Manage and maintain digital calendars for senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and resolving conflicts Proactively review upcoming meetings and commitments, ensuring leaders are prepared, and schedules remain accurate and up to date Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries for business and personal travel Provide personal administrative support, such as scheduling appointments or coordinating logistics Support staff and leadership meetings by assisting with scheduling, agenda preparation, action item documentation, and follow-up tracking Assist with planning and logistics for company events, conferences, team meetings, and employee engagement activities Organize and maintain administrative systems, files, and documentation using Microsoft tools and shared drives Track and submit expense documentation accurately and on time Coordinate with vendors and service providers related to office operations and administrative needs Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects with administrative coordination and research as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar support role Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 , including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Planner, and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience with calendar management and scheduling Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable , with strong follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-directed , and comfortable working with minimal supervision High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information A positive attitude and collaborative team mindset Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check About Us Interlink is a nationally recognized IT consultancy, offering the flexibility of a small company while providing stability and benefits usually found at enterprise firms.
