About This Position Schedule:
Monday
  • Thursday 7am
  • 4:15pm Friday 7am
  • 12pm The Administrative Assistant at the Strongsville, OH warehouse supports daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Review and process customer orders in Oracle as scheduled. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain organized records and ensure information is up to date. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Assist with incoming calls, emails, and internal communications. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed. Help maintain an orderly and efficient office environment. Manage incoming vendor invoices for the region and ensure timely processing. Prepare and send vendor invoices to Accounts Payable on a daily basis. Maintain accurate and organized vendor invoice records. Prepare monthly accruals for the region and ensure supporting documentation is complete. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Clear written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Comfortable learning new tools and processes. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Microsoft Excel and Office Applications.
