This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This position requires a blend of clerical duties, human resources support, and event planning expertise. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Oversee schedule management for team members and coordinate appointments. Assist with maintaining employee records. Support functions, including onboarding new employees and managing personnel files. Plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions. Handle vendor management tasks, ensuring timely communication and service delivery. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Highschool Diploma (required) Valid Driver's License (requires) Car Insurance (if driving company vehicles) At least 1 year experience in an office setting or related (preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in event planning and coordination is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
