Position Summary:
The Administrative Clerk acts as a support system to the Administrative Assistants as well as clinical staff and serves as the first point of contact for anyone entering the office. The Administrative Clerk's job duties include, but are not limited to, providing best in class customer support to all employees and visitors of the office, maintaining office appearance, cleanliness, organization, safety, answering any incoming calls, supporting with regional events/activities, and creating clinical materials/resources.
What You'll Do:
Welcome & Support Visitors
  • Greet clients, families, and staff while ensuring check-in/out procedures are followed Provide Customer Service
  • Answer calls, emails, and messages, connecting people with the right resources and departments Keep the Office Running
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized space with daily walk-throughs and supply management Manage Supplies & Materials
  • Restock and order office, kitchen, bathroom, PPE, and clinical supplies; track and organize shared materials Handle Records & Files
  • Scan and upload client documents into Central Reach and securely manage confidential paperwork Support Operations
  • Assist with scheduling, mail distribution, event coordination, and regional projects Promote Safety & Compliance
  • Help enforce safety procedures, coordinate drills, and support emergency protocols Assist Clinical Teams
  • Provide day-to-day support for Clinical Directors and staff with administrative and project needs
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior office or administrative experience preferred; HIPAA knowledge a plus High school diploma, required Why Join ALP?
