Office Clerk Job Description/Reception We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Clerk and Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate individuals • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email Assist in implementing office procedures Compose letters and emails Perform clerical tasks, including filing and photocopying Process all invoices Update calendar Process donations and thank you letters Manage credit cards and statements Assist in fundraising tasks and events Prepare bulk Newsletter mail-out Open, sort, and route incoming mail Compile reports Make phone calls as requested by Executive Director for estimates, building maintenance scheduling, etc. Order paper and other office supplies Perform other duties that the Executive Director, Lead Program Coordinator, or In-School Coordinator may assign Skills Experience with processing fees Proficient in using specific software programs, including Word, Excel, familiar with PowerPoint & Publisher is a plus Experience maintaining and prioritizing calendar Able to work independently and as a team Friendly and Professional demeanor Exceptional written and verbal communication skills detail oriented problem-solving
