This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the financial industry while working for a stable, growing company! As a Courier/Clerical Worker your duties may include: Safely operating OECU vehicles and following corporate vehicle policy and safety protocols. Picking up and delivering loan files to/from branches weekly. Delivering marketing materials to branches as needed. Handling confidential information/items. Planning and following the most efficient route for picking up/delivering items. Verifying all files are listed on check sheet and placed in transport bag. Scanning loan and other documentation. Contributing to a positive, professional team environment. Working within established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Work effectively as a team member. Have strong customer service skills. Possess great attention to detail and have strong time management skills. Help assist with making outbound Insurance calls / emails. Tracking Insurance through Excell Other duties as directed.
