This person will provide administrative support and prepare titles for the Claremore location. This role will involve assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the new store.

Responsibilities:

Assist and directly report to the Admin Assistant at the Wichita Motorsport location. Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls Prepare documents, reports, titles as needed Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional manner

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior administrative experience is a necessary Prior title experience and GL posting is a plus
