Assist with chemical tracking usage. Assist with job reports. Matching reports to invoices to find discrepancies. Assist with office management duties. Support bookkeeping activities. Requirements Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures. Excellent computer literacy. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting. Effective communication skills demonstrating professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions.
