Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This vital role involves providing exceptional administrative support, managing front desk responsibilities, and ensuring the office environment is efficient and welcoming. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support various departments and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Duties Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Handle scheduling and dispatch management for multiple technicians with precision Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, including confidential documents Support office management activities by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating multiple schedules. Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Skills Proven experience with office clerical duties, or administrative support in a professional setting Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in correspondence and documentation Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while meeting deadlines Personal assistant experience is advantageous for understanding specialized workflows Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools or office procedures with minimal supervision Join us as an Office Assistant to play a crucial role in maintaining an organized, efficient workspace where your skills can shine! Pay:
