Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant for our Residential Substance Treatment Center in Corvallis, OR. This role will focus on day-to-day office operations, menu planning, grocery shopping and other duties as assigned. The right candidate will be personable, dependable, and resourceful. Must be willing to achieve goals and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Team work is paramount in this position, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager and Admissions Coordinator. You will have another Assistant counterpart you will work in tandem with. Weekend Schedule.
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system Read and route incoming mail Organize and maintain file system Greet scheduled visitors Make copies or correspondence or or other printed materials Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance Data entry Provide support to the Operations Manager and Admissions Coordinator Menu planning and grocery shopping for two locations. Attend monthly safety meetings as well as other regularly scheduled meetings Various other duties
Requirements:
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience Able to quickly prioritize most critical tasks and execute efficiently Strong Computer Skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure Comfortable with open communication and giving and receiving open, constructive feedback respectfully Must have experience in a customer-facing role - must be excited to be part of a friendly and dynamic team! Spanish first language is preferred but not required

From $19.75 per hour
