Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy legal team within an agriculture organization in Oregon. This Contract position will provide day-to-day administrative coordination, document support, and contract-related assistance during a leave coverage period expected to last at least two months.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support by organizing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with daily office coordination.
  • Review contracts and related materials for completeness, accuracy, and proper filing before routing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Enter, update, and manage information in legal and administrative systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing, tracking, and maintaining contract documentation and other department records.
  • Coordinate schedules, communications, and general support activities for a team of professionals.
  • Learn and navigate legal software tools used by the department to support document management and workflow needs.
  • Help facilitate onboarding-related in-office support to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to maintain continuity during the leave coverage period.
