Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Duties:
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed
  • Provide general office support to staff
  • Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
  • Assist in computerizing office processes
  • Support as a personal assistant to management
  • Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy
Skills:
  • Proficient in data entry techniques
  • Strong calendar management abilities
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Typing proficiency
  • Familiarity with front desk operations
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Experience with Google Suite applications
  • Ability to computerize office tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
