Medford, OR SALARY:

 $18-$25/hr. DOE | Bonus potential

SCHEDULE

 Full-time, Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm •Background check required upon offer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage andanize medical records Track liens and ensure financial accuracy Coordinate billing and related documentation Provide administrative and case support to attorneys (primarily personal injury cases) Follow established processes and workflows to ensure consistency andpliance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of legal experience (personal injury preferred), including work with medical records, summaries, billing, and insurance documentation Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy,bined with stronganizational and process-driven work habits Ability to manage structured systems and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Proactive, resourceful, and curious mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at aputer and managing electronic records, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
